What can I realistically expect from cleaning?

When we visit your home for your initial quote, we will give an expert assessment of what we can achieve. If there are some stains or marks that we do not think we can remove completely, we will let you know.

We will also let you know if we think the material in your curtains or upholstery is too worn or fragile and runs the risk of being damaged if cleaned. We will always strive to be honest about what we can or cannot achieve, this is why we like to provide a quote after seeing the task at hand.

How likely is it you will be able to get my stain out?

While we are confident that most stains can be removed we cannot guarantee to be able to remove every stain, we will however let you know whether we believe we can get a stain out when we quote.

Post clean, how long will it take for my furniture/carpets to dry?

We use the one of the most powerful carpet cleaning machines in the world, this means that dry times are normally dry within a couple of hrs and most of the time they are touch dry when we leave. However in some cases it can take between 3 and 4 hours for the carpet or upholstery to be dry. We are able to leave some disposable over shoes if you need to walk on the carpet while it is still damp.

Sofas and chairs will be too damp to sit on immediately and are best left unused until they are dry. Dry times are dependent on atmospheric conditions, such as ventilation. We will always give you our best estimation of how long it will take for your furnishings to dry upon quotation. If we have put protective tabs under the legs of furniture to protect your carpet while it dries, or Styrofoam blocks under low furniture to increase the flow of air underneath, you should leave them in place until the carpet is fully dry.

Do I have to move my furniture?

We ask you to move small, fragile or valuable things: if we can, we will move large furniture (such as chairs, sofas and tables) as we clean, and put them back where we found them however large sideboards cupboards may not be able to be moved due to safety reasons however this will be discussed during the survey. All floors should be clear of clutter such as children's toys, clothes etc

How much will it cost?

Every job is different so it is hard to give you an idea of what it will cost without knowing—and preferably seeing—what needs to be done, that is why we like to visit your home to assess what is needed, identify what we can achieve, calculate how long it will take and provide you with a quotation. However you can be 100% sure that the quote we give is the price you will pay, we do no "up-sell" or offer deep clean packages. All cleans are deep clean as standard and you should not have to pay extra for this. We are able to provide a protector but not added as standard so please ask if you are interested in this service

How do I pay?

We accept payment by cash, cheque, BACS (on completion of the work) , credit and debit card. Payment in all cases should be made on completion of the job
